As cliche as it sounds, we're not your typical tech support company.
Of course, growth is important to us, but when we launched, I made a personal commitment to deliver value, trust and reliability to our customers. I did this because I knew it would allow us to develop long term relationships which would keep customers coming back. Sometimes, we'll walk away from a job, because if it isn't in the best interests of the customer, we'd rather let them know and help them make the right choice. This might sound unorthodox, but it's really important that customers trust us, and nothing breeds trust like honesty. We'd much rather a customer makes the right choice and comes back to us in the future when we can provide genuine value.
Our main focus is on providing help and support to home and personal computer users using Microsoft Windows. We can help with desktops, laptops, all-in-ones, WiFi, printers and other devices on a home network. However, we're not just about computer upgrades and repairs. We can also provide buying advice, assist with setting up a new computer, adding new devices to your home network and data transfer.
In terms of hardware troubleshooting and upgrades, we’re based in Sheffield, which is where the majority of our customers are from, however, if you’re from further afield, we may still be able to help. We’ve got some great software, so if you can connect to the Internet, we should be able to get connected to and work on your system from our office. Unfortunately, although we can’t solve all problems in this way, there’s an awful lot we can, and because we work on a no-fix, no-fee basis, if we can’t help, you won't pay a penny.
