When I was having issues with my laptop's fan, Tony was very quick to respond to my enquiry and dealt with the issue with great professionalism and knowledge. During the time my laptop was in repair, Tony kept me up to date with the process and communicated effectively. Nice guy to deal with. My second visit and both times got problems sorted and I left with my PC working properly. This time for various reasons, I needed the repair done quickly and was happy to have it returned in a timely fashion. My house is rather dusty following boiler replacement and Tony cleaned it thoroughly and left my old computer in pristine condition. Waste of time and money,I needed to install Microsoft 365 business premium, I mentioned to TCR that there are complications on what to accept regarding the download and if he knew how to download Microsoft. He mentioned that it was not a problem. After 3 hrs Tony was still reading on how to install Microsoft. I called it a day and he charged me GBP 135.00 for doing nothing.I don't understand why he didn't just say to me in the beginning that he couldn't do it. I would have had more respect for him and paid him, for this reason I will never recommend his services. Managed to get Microsoft vitual agent on line and thay managed to do the same task within 12 minutes. It has been 4 days and still waiting for an Invoice, yet they are quick to follow a person to the shops to get cash. More...

Brought my Dell laptop in as it was no longer recognising it's power lead and consequently not charging the battery.
