The Team turned up on time, cleared the resin bound patio area, as promised, did a through clean of all the requested areas, and included a couple of extra concrete & slab areas.
They applied new sand to the blockwork, and brushed it in. All furniture and plant pots were replaced. The windows were left clean, and the whole site was tidied.
We would recommend TCM, as their work was excellent!

What do you love most about your job?
The thing I most love about the job is the 'before and after' i.e. how dirty and stained a driveway, patio, decking area maybe and then how we can get it back to looking almost like new again and how pleased our customers are. I also believe that if we are hired to do a cleaning job, the customer shouldn't have to clean up after us when we have left, so I do like to leave the job as I would like it left if it was done for me. I also love when previous customers refer us to family and friends, not only is it great for business and the best form of advertising, but also in the fact that the referring customer was pleased with their job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew if the job was done correctly and if we go above and beyond our customers expectations whilst maintaining a competitive price, we would get the work. I also knew if all of the above was maintained, we would also get referrals. I knew we had to have old fashioned values with up to date, top of the range, equipment and knew if our customers come first, we could run a successful business.

No, whilst we may be able to give quotes online, depending on the photographs, we do need to be at the customers address to provide our service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We bring our own refreshments as we don't expect to be given coffee/tea etc all day and most of our customer interactions are outside in the fresh air. Should a customer require us to wear a face mask, we will of course do this.

TCM Jet Wash Drives
Our jet wash driveways service is the perfect solution for revitalising your outdoor space. We use specialist pressure washers to remove dirt, grime and moss from the surface of your driveway, before removing all weeds and sweeping the area clean. Once all these tasks are completed, we can then get to work to get your drive back to its original, clean and fresh condition. Finishing touches
Once you have your drive back after being proffesionally cleaned and cleared usually the next day, weather dependent, we will come back to any block paved drives and apply weed killer to the drive prior to brushing in to the joints kiln dried sand. This ensures the paved area remains water resistant and locks the individual pavers together stopping them from moving. If the joints of block paving are left without kiln dried sand, they may sink due to water penetration and the blocks will become loose over time.
