Firstly, I booked it on the day as it was a part of spontanous road trip I had with my daughter. My child has got a life threatening disability. On the way to Dundee we had an emergency stop as my daughter had to get a treatment. It's not something we can ignore and hope for the best. My child would get a seizure, fell into a coma and eventually die if not treated there and then. It delayed us to the point of arriving at the hotel at 22:50hrs. Entrance and the area was pitch black. No lights. Everything shut...Despite numerous phone calls to the number provided on booking.com I could only reach voicemail. Let's add my child has got multiple medical devices which keep her alive which have to be charged daily. I had to book us elsewhere. Never got any reply or a simple apology. I do believe in karma. I would highly NOT recommend booking your stay there. Travelodge is as inexpensive and not only safer and cleaner ( by the look of the reviews) but staff are polite and kind. I drove us from East Sussex up to the most northern part of the island. In the whole adventure driving there and back, this experience was the worst! More...

The manager was discriminating against my mum who has a service dog and needs him with her at all times.. my mums dog knows when she is going to have a panic attack amongst other mental health issues and was treated by the manager very poorly and with no respect. Food wasn't that great either so would highly recommend another Indian restaurant in dundee. Went for lunch today using an itison voucher. bbq chicken wings starter was amazing. For mains I ordered fish and chips and from pictures on the page and knowing what family who visited a few months ago were served, I was expecting a proper hand battered piece of fish but what arrived was 2 pieces of frozen fish like the ones you get 6 of in a box for £3. 50 in Iceland. Ended with finding a hair in my chips so just paid for the drinks/starter and left. Wasnt asked how food was which is probably just aswell as wouldnt have liked the answer. It was bad enough being served that using the voucher but I would have been even more unhappy had I been paying the £14.95 on the menu for 2 pieces of frozen fish. My partner had a burger which was frozen too but was atleast cooked properly and edible but when going out you'd expect fresh/home made. Dined in the restaurant. The food was excellent, my dish was the tandoori salmon, I loved it. The dining room was unexpected but delightful. Now let’s talk about the service. It was outstanding. The table service alone would gain 5*’s but the extra assistance given to disabled person is worthy of 100*s.
