Overlayed new tiles on old, damaged my bath (chips) damaged floor tile by using angle grind indoors, didn’t complete roof as stated, though knocked £100 off bill.
left silicone everywhere covering chips and in sink (for some reason)

I have called in a professional builder to fix the bathroom and do the tiles under the bath. The builder said the last job that Taylor did, he didn't sealed the toilet, he didn't put grout under the toilet. Our builder said he didn't do the job right, just came here to show us he can do tiles. From our experience, Taylor didn't answered our calls and when he did answered our calls, he told us he would come on the certain day but didn't bother to turn up to finish the job. More...

Steve recently re-tiled my full kitchen and did an absolutely amazing job! Turned up on time every day and left the kitchen gleaming when he had finished.
