Avoid at all costs!!! This company will sell you a dream and deliver on nothing. If the cleaner they employ doesn’t do the work set out in the service agreement they will still charge you they will then bully and threaten you if you refuse to pay all after they have ignored emails failed to deliver audits set out in their agreement that would of rectified the issues long before it resulted in non payment. Johnathan their managing director believes he is in some way above his obligations set out in his service agreement. He will not address issues you raise and simply terminate your services with threats to “take things further”. We are a small family gym. Our members have complained about dirt in the gym we have had to increase staffed hours to make up for the poor cleaning, we have lost members and failed to sign some members up because of their service and Johnathan believes it appropriate to ignore all the facts even when faced with cctv evidence of poor practice and simply demand payment. What inspired you to start your own business?
The year was 2015 and our husband and wife founders were working in the security and cleaning industries respectfully. A the end of each day, in their London studio flat, they would discuss how frustrated they were by the lack of professionalism and employee well-being within both industries, often seeing service providers squeezing every penny out of the clients and employees, with no regard to the consequences. One provider would care about money; but not the about service. Another provider would only care about service, but not about employees. Both the husband and wife spent years in the industries, working for different providers, but would always go home frustrated.
At home, they tried looking for decent companies online but they all said the same thing. They all said they care about service. They all said they cared about employees. What was interesting was that there was no company online that stood out from the crowd. So, since it was 2015 and anything seemed possible at the time, they decided to establish a facility management business with expertise and integrity... and in 2017 Tatry Group was born!
