From addict to author to authentic self.

David, founder of TAOD has been a homeless anxious addict, who was in debt and hating life.

It wasn't until a life altering experience happened to him that shifted the slumber he was in, and forced him to re-evaluate life and start living again.

To share what I have learnt. We are powerful beings and can live whatever life we choose.

Although I have qualifications to back up what I do, it is my experience that I teach with. I have being homeless, an addict, in debt, and extremely anxious, to now living a life of abundance and joy - I know how this reality works and want to share this.

I have a beautiful Unit located in Sedgley, West Midlands, so would love to work in person with people or can operate online too via Zoom.

Services

CBT is a powerful tool for recognising and correcting erroneous throught patterns that disempower us, and generate stifling emotions within the body.

Overtime, if we change our thoughts, we can change the way we feel, and our patterns of behaviour, that then lead to new choices and actions in our lives which are more aligned with who we truly are.

EFT allows us to release stored emotions linked to erroneous beliefs we hold within our body, that unconsciously dominate the way we think, feel and act.

By tapping on Meridian points located across our body and by saying statements that acknowledge how we feel, we do not bypass our emotions, but allow them to surface and release, which then enables freedom to act within our lives.

Mindfulness is being aware what is happening within our body and mind, and being present with it.

By being aware with what we are thinking and feeling, we can slowly change behaviours and feelings over time, without denying it.

Mindfulness about being present with what is, not disowning it, but acknowledging it, becoming comfortable with uncomfortable feelings, and over time, this is very liberating, as we become accepting of all that is.

Everything is energy in this Universe, and you are no different.

Reiki enables us to flush out old emotions, which are energy in motion, that have been stored within the cells of our body that often stem from trauma or childhood events, that we could not process at the time due to fear, or lack of cognitive processing.

Reiki can be done in person, or as a distant treatment, and is a compliment to traditional and professional medicine. It is not used to diagnose any medical condition.

Pranayama or Breathwork is an ancient technique that helps to purge, detoxify and purify the body.

By using different breathing techniques, we can purge the body of old, stagnant emotions that the cells have held onto, that weigh us down subconsciously.

By breathing in different ways, we can activate the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, which can have a liberating effect on the body and mind.
