From the initial meeting Thomas made us confident he was going to do an excellent job. One fence was 10 foot high and was very challenging. Thomas communicated along the process about when he could do the work and did an extremely good job on the day. He fixed 5 parts of fencing for us which involved several neighbours. He replied promptly to my initial contact, offering a fair price when he assessed the job. He listened to me on the issues - local foxes - and on what I wanted. Tom and his team are super! We asked them to replace a wooden fence in our back garden and they did such a lovely job. We were impressed with them from the very start as they got back to the initial message for a quote super fast. All the way through the process they kept us up to date with what was going on, and even double checked with sat key stages if we were happy to proceed.

Great service, would highly recommend. Came before hand and saw what was needed, 2 new fences and a repannel. Quote came through the next day.
Scheduled for 2 weeks later, turned up when expected, job was completed to a really high standard. Garden was left clean, old fence removed along with all rubbish and garden waste generated. Communication was great throughout. Never exceeded quote or any hidden extras.

Thomas was very helpful and gave me a very good quote - BUT once I got all the ivy and rubbish off the fence, friends advised me just to keep my old fence as there was nothing wrong with it - so I just need to get it all weatherproofed! !
