Anthony (MySwytch) was absolutely brilliant from the word go. From the initial conversation all the way through to the installation he kept us informed and asked us about options without making any assumptions. The installation work was some of the best I've ever seen in hiding any cables and making sure that he was problem-solving for our rather challenging install. His communication was excellent, well-mannered and humorous whilst also being very efficient, I would absolutely recommend Anthony every time to anybody who would like an electric charger installed. After many months of deciding which EV to purchase I recontacted Sophie and Anthony at Swytch who confirmed my quote was still valid and booked my EV charger installation in within 2weeks, and before my EV arrived. I have full admiration for the works carried out. When the stair climbing unit failed after only four steps, with a Sunamp heat battery stranded several feet above the ground, Anthony and Dave were able to turn a disastrous situation into a success. Swytch limited are a local company and I always prefer to use local where I can. I was not disappointed. They cam and gave me a survey and let me know what would work best, how the install would be completed and then arranged a date for installation. I always look for local not national professional and trade folk. Swytch are without a doubt the best local firm I have ever used.
