Pressure washing
Combining different pressurised nozzles to suit the surface, I use a lance to get into the deepest of cracks to get up the toughest of dirt.
With expert knowledge on surface treatments I use either the appropriate chemical or an optional eco choice to saturate the area in breaking down the grime. I then follow up using a surface cleaner for an extra deep clean.
I use a very powerful Hyundai 4000 psi machine at 15 litres per minute meaning I can tackle any exterior surface.
Re-sanding
Once surfaces such as block paving have been pressure washed getting in between all the gaps, a re-sanding process is an essential follow up.
This involves brushing in kiln dried sand to all the clean gaps to stabilise the blocks and prevent things like weeds and moss growing back but also gives the area a beautifully finished aesthetic.
Sealing
This is an optional service I offer once the area is finished being cleaned.
I apply an appropriate sealant to the surface which will protect the surface from weather, dirt, moss and mould build up for up to 1-2 years.
Apart from protecting the surface it leaves the area looking brand new and gives a polished and refined aesthetic.
Driveways
Tackling all surface types like block paving, concrete, tarmac or resin etc adding curb appeal to your property and giving the area a needed maintenance to protect the driveway for years to come preventing things like weeds, dirt and moss or mould from damaging your driveway saving money in the long run and giving you peace of mind in having a newly refreshed and renewed area to come home to.
Patios
Servicing all different stone types from limestone, sandstone, concrete, block paving to bluestone and slate. With the knowledge of identifying the correct stone types I’m able to use the appropriate treatment to prevent damaging the area and to effectively bring up the colour of the natural stone leaving it deeply cleaned and having it look like new ready for those summer drinks and barbeques in having a space you will want to show off to friends and family.
Grouting
Sometimes areas like patios need re-grouting from years of weather breaking down the joints that leave the gaps venerable to weeds and moss and de-stablisition.
I use different methods for grouting depending on your preference and budget. This can range from using ready made brush-in resins that use polymer sand that when dry becomes solid and stable and looking beautiful to cheaper options such as brushing in a dry mix of sand and cement.
House exterior facias/soffits/siding
Using soft washing techniques to prevent damaging the surface types, I select the appropriate chemical or eco solution to treat the area and break down the dirt and grime and then follow up using top of the range equipment such as extended lances to reach those difficult to reach places to rinse off the dirt leaving you with a gleaming refreshed exterior free of cobwebs, dirt, algae and mould.
Decking & fencing
Treating wood is a process that requires precaution in using the correct pressure and chemical or eco solution to prevent damaging the surface.
With expert in knowledge in how to clean wood effectively I’m able to bring faded and dirty wood back to its former glory allowing the natural wood to come back to life looking new and refreshed.
Optional post treatments are available that carry on cleaning the surface for months to come or selecting a varnish that I can also apply to protect and seal.
