What do you love most about your job?
We really love the whole industry but mainly being faced with a problem that other people have been unable to identify/solve, because we believe we can solve any plumbing or drainage fault.

We know we can do a much better job than most companies and charge much less!

Unfortunately not, we can assist with any issues while and engineer is on route, ie shutting water off for a burst pipe.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have changed the way we approach covid-19 by making sure if an illness is present in the company they are tested for covid-19 and if clear, the engineer will not be aloud to work in customers who are vulnerable.
