After an online message was sent I received a phone call the next morning to arrange a visit the same day to determine the cause of a leak from the kitchen bay window. They arrived at 1pm and immediately spotted that some mortar was missing from the flashing in the wall and applied some silicone to the defective areas. Excellent service and quality of work. Attentive, friendly and diligent professional.
Our roof was leaking, he knew exactly what was wrong by looking at the old roof (previous fibre glass workmanship was sub standard hence roof began to leak).
They came around promptly, started and completed until all was done. He listened to what we wanted (take old roof off and start again) and carried out the job. Other roofers just wanted to go on the top, which was just putting a plaster on the problem. Good thing too, as it was rotting!
