S.W Roofing and property maintenance

Sam and his team came to do our pointing on our house . He was very professional , polite and came swiftly to give us a very reasonable quote . He did not ask for any money up front and wanted us to be happy with the job before sending any money to him .
His team are just super , they were very respectful of our neighbour’s and any noise and general mess that was made as part of the work they apologised to the neighbours and were so polite. They cleaned everything up and kept in touch with me through out the job .

Sam was excellent to deal with carried out the work promptly and well on our roof,also communicated at every stage.

My Ridge Tiles and valleys were some what looking a bit rough and required some attention. Sam carried out the work of resetting/bedding/pointing my Ridge Tiles and pointing up my valleys, he inspected my roof tiles for damage and cracks and left after fully cleaning out the gutters and surrounding areas. Had my chimney stack repointed and slates replaced also had new roof on out buildings and new gutters very professionally reliable company and reasonable very pleased with the work they have done for me

Sam is an ambitious self driven young man, pleasant, and honest. Branching out on his own from a background of roofing and small building repairs he is a hard worker and works well on many small maintenance jobs at a fair price.

SW roofing and property maintenance cleaned my gutters, re bed and point my ridge tiles, also changed a few slates, I personally would recommend him to anybody needing any work on there property, he was polite and turned up exactly when he arranged to and got the job complete in the day which was an amazing turn around considering I had a few leaks..
