I wouldn’t give even 1 star if I had the option! Extremely poor and unreliable! I am 30 weeks pregnant and making arrangements is not easy! They have messed up the whole day - first booked for 9am, then moved it to 1pm, then called me to say they can’t come until 3pm, it’s now almost 4pm now and they didn’t bother turning up or calling me to tell me what’s going on. I called their office number 6 times, no answer, the mobile number they have been messaging from is off and my messages to that number asking to call me back are not even answered! I recently hired SW carpet cleaning to perform an end of tenancy clean. The clean was far below acceptable levels and my landlord complained and (rightly) insisted a further clean was undertaken. Due to the poor quality of the job, the landlord wanted to use a different company, which I would have to pay for. As such, I asked SW for a refund. On the phone, they agreed. However, I was then later informed by email (after confirming with my landlord that I would pay for the other company) that they do not offer refunds and that they thought the clean was done to an acceptable level. They insisted I should get into a fight with my landlord rather than argue with them despite them simply not doing their job. I am sure they will dispute this review, so I have attached a number of pictures to my google review showing the poor quality of what was meant to be a professional end of tenancy clean and the email where one of their staff members says he made a mistake in offering a full refund (confirming one was offered which they claim never happened). All in all a terrible service, but not only that they tried to stoke an argument between myself and my landlord when they didn't do their job properly, they reversed on things they said and then tried to claim I was lying when I said they had promised a full refund. They arrived nearly 3 hours late. Itis a pity they had to travel allthe way through central London to get to us. We were pleased to get a cleaner at such short notice though.

Seem that we have not same concept about End of Tenancy cleanning, what I received was a deep cleannibg but not End of tenancy cleaning. They left things without check and clean like the food cabinet,the dishwasher and washing machine I had to clean up those.The external of the windows,the sides of the doors, entrance of the property, I wasn't happy with the cleanning wasn't 5 stars. Extremely bad experience. Poor cleaning quality, not able to get help even the service come with a so-called 5 days guarantee. You won't be able to call them again after they go.

I hired SW Carpet Cleaning a few weeks ago to come and clean my flat as I was moving out.
