Like any good personal trainer, Kate knows how hard to push so you can progress towards your goals, but she also brings a rare understanding of the science of the body, and adjusts exercises or inserts stretches real time in response to her observations. Kate is an incredibly responsive, focussed and intuitive personal trainer. I wanted to find someone to help me get stronger and fitter and to build in a regular exercise routine into my busy life.
