Exceptional Service from Sean

I recently found myself in a position where I had exhausted all options other than to hire a private investigator. I spoke with Sean through Bark.com after my initial enquiry; I was extremely apprehensive, given trusting other protective services has resulted in significant harm caused to the children, and I was not 100% confident I would feel happy or confident enough to trust anyone again without the fear of them also colluding with others. To my surprise, a little faith was restored in the human race. My experience was overwhelmingly positive. The situation was delicate, as I needed to gather information about an individual who has been highly manipulative via family court and avoided providing an address I knew he hadn't resided at for many months. My primary concern was the safety and well-being of my children, especially knowing that one day the court might order direct contact with this person, who has a history of disappearing, and fear ran deep that he would disappear once again and, this time, take the children.

From the outset, Sean demonstrated professionalism and understanding. He appeared to empathise with the harm narcissistic abuse causes and indeed seemed to understand the impact of PTSD being crippling living with the fear of children being snatched; Sean had managed to act promptly. He informed me with regular updates, calls, texts, photos and videos as correspondence. He communicated efficiently and effectively throughout the process.
What stood out the most was his empathetic approach; he understood the emotional toll of my situation without coming off as insincere or overstepping.

Sean completed the job in just a day and a half rather than the quoted two days. This provided vast relief, as he could give quotes based on different financial needs. Two days would have been the max I could afford, so it was also extremely good of him that he didn't attempt to take advantage. Given the subject causing such distress, I did fear I would be open to exploitation by private investigators just looking for the money.
Sean obtained additional information that wasn't even part of the initial request, providing an extra layer of safety to locate the children if anyone did vanish.

Sean was available at all hours for updates and provided clear evidence of his findings.
I would highly recommend Sean. He initially tailored a budget that suited my needs without trying to upsell me on more complex services and came in at less. He is also easy to speak to. For many, this is a complex situation, and to reassure any woman who is thinking about it or anxious, he isn't sleazy or rude and puts your mind at ease.
