Communication before the day of the move was very professional and this is why I think I chose to use Supervans.
I was having house renovations, so I had to down size house.
I had supervans going to new house and self storage unit which was two trips which they done with ease with my help and couple friends.
I will be using them on my return to my house after builders have done.

Rob and Dean helped me move out of my 4-bed house and transport the contents to a “do-er upper” property about 2 miles up the road in Jan 2025 and they were wonderful. I had wildly underestimated how much stuff I had, plus I asked them to wrap everything to protect my belongings while construction is happening at the new place. It was time consuming and it felt fairly endless! But Rob and Dean had unlimited energy and patience with some of the most positive team spirit I’ve seen. Robert was amazing. Kept me updated and made sure we got everything done and dusted on the same day even though it was a larger load and we had to make a other trip.

Robert and his colleague provided a very professional service. They worked hard and efficiently to keep costs low. Most importantly, everything was moved without being damaged.

Explained I needed my stuff moving as I do not drive and I have to have it all moved on the day hired. family do not live local so I cannot ask for help, I was sent 2 of the slowest men, a van which the tail lift didn't work. It was a small apartment and ready to be loaded and moved nothing needed disassembling and it took the 6 hours which I now have to try and find someone else to finish the job.. If I was sent men that wanted to work and a van that was in working order it would have been done in half the time... Not happy and will not be using these again!!! More...

Absolutely disgusting, how dare you. This lady moved from a 1st floor property into a nursing home also on the 1st floor. Once you reach the 1st floor you need to walk through a maze like structure like a large council estate. Each trip from the van to her house in the nursing home was about a 5 minute walk and 5 minutes back, including waiting for the small lift, the fact we didn't use our tail lift actually made the job quicker as we just put items straight on to the van without having to keep lowering it and raising it. We also used trolleys and skates so we could transfer large laods quickly. She also asked us to pull up a whole carpet, to save her money buying a new one, and take it with us which is not in our job description and we did this without complaint for no extra charge. Ive never had a customer pull up a carpet from their previous property, most normal people would just buy a new one. She also asked us not to take all of her furniture as she wanted to save money and had someone else who could transport the remaining items. She was kept updated on what the costs were and she had 2 other men with her who could have chosen to help to make the job go quicker. We provide a full service that means we bring items into the house but we could have easily unloaded the van outside and into the lobby if requested and the 2 men could have brought the items up. They obviously did not want to do this as they knew they wouldn't be capable of carrying items like a 3 seat sofa, fridge, washing machine, cooker, 2 tumble dryers, book cases, chests of drawers and many other bits of furniture and lots of boxes and bags in half the time we did. Im truly offended by these statements, having worked for many different removal companies including large companies like Harrow green, i know this job could not be conducted safely any faster. I dont often say this but, we do not and would not want your custom again. Generally are customers are a lot more appreciative

Robert was so helpful for our house move across London, he helped us load and unload and move heavier items up multiple stairs to our new house. He was on time, efficient and really responsive and honest when we were doing the initial booking. Robert is also a sound guy, we had a pint after the removal to recover from the heat! These guys were so lovable and did a great job moving a household of five with tons of gear. Would highly recommend them.

Guys moved my 3 bed flat from storage to new home. They did this on an extremely hot day and they did not stop till the job was done. I pointed out there was a couple of items that was very special to me but to be honest I did not have to worry. They dealt with my goods carefully and respectively. They we're also the cheapest quote recieved.
I would very much recommend Supervans.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars! Absolutely joke these 2 were, much like Ronnie and Delboy! Completely messed up beautiful oak wardrobe and toom them 3hrs to assemble billing up to £350! I have my baby living in that room and the wardrobe was sweying left to right! Had to delay the move of the house for at least a week until I could sort it out! They lost a lot of the screws and made pathetic excuses such as it needs to be drilled to the wall! I loved in my old house with this wardrobe for 3 years it was not drilled to the wall and was solid to touch! Never again! Please people beware of theese scammers! They don't charge for fittings because they make it up with their surge charge of £60hrly rate to install the bloody dam thing! More...
