I'll never use this company again. First of all, we agreed on a fix fee and 25% down payment and the rest is at the end. In order to get the job he agreed and since day2 he started to ask another 25%. Even though Perry visited our house 2 times, he didn't even take any measurement and started to say at the middle of the job that materials took more than expected etc. He verbally agreed lots of things but not did any of them. Also his son Perry Jr. is so rude, never listens to you and cut your sentences while you are talking. Team was nice but dirty. I constantly found their snack, drink wastes around the garden. They used my stuff, broke certain things and blamed me that I broke and try to accuse them. The quality of the job done is average but the discussions about the money and all the rude behaviour of Perry Jr. was really disturbing. More...

In response for the rude comments that the customer has made I reject any rudeness from my son. He was just trying to make the point that the work they wanted. They change daily which made more work and materials for us so we needed more money for them to get more materials to mess that they claim was made from weather with mud. Obviously raining and also the boys having a bottle of water when they are working which is ridiculous. They did not pay the full amount in the end and they are probably one of the worst customers we have worked for over many many years as a landscape gardening company if you look at our previous eight reviews, you will understand that this is not the way we work and it is very bad to hear our company run down in this way. When I know we did our very best to keep everybody satisfied.
