Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Its very easy, if you don't have the requisite finance knowledge to get into a mess which then becomes difficult and costly to correct.
Getting it right gives you better information about the financial performance of the business which means you can make better decisions.
It's hard running a business; getting the right financial support means you have more time to focus on the rest of it, i.e. the bits that you enjoy and often the reason you started the business in the first place.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always loved numbers so its an obvious choice really.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At various times during my career I have worked as an interim resource whether through agency or through my own contacts. Now, I don't need to work for financial security reasons, but I am not ready for retirement. Having my own business means I can choose how much I want to work. Supporting other business owners to run their businesses is a great use of my time.
Why should our clients choose you?
I only work with a small number of clients so that I can be flexible enough to support when you need supporting, not when I can fit you in.
I don't have an office, a website or social media profiles to manage so I can provide an excellent service at a lower cost than most accounting firms

I only work remotely usually via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. This means there aren't any additional cost for mileage or travel time.
