Sukhi attended my home to see what needs to be done and measured the flat roof which needs replacing and this formed the basis of his quotation. I received his very competitive quote in the evening after his visit which give me ample time to compare to other builders’ quotation. Before commencement of the flat roof replacement and installation of a Velux window on the main roof, we discussed and agreed exactly what needed to be done. Very quick to respond, I had a leak in my bedroom so decided to get the whole roof replaced. Sukhi came out first to put a temporary fix incase it rained as the roof tiles were going to take more time to arrive. The complete job was done in 2 days with 5 people working long hours. Had a loose tile on the side of my house, and when they came to view it we received a good breakdown on how it happened, and that we wouldn't need to be around for the repair itself. We had a new roof done about 15 years ago. However it started leaking after few years. We got this repaired few times but it was still leaking. Then we call sukhi and he came straight way. He explained clearly what was the problem. He told us previous roofer did not use correct roof tiles and also kept the valley very small. He advised the roof needs to be replaced.
