Studio Reform has changed the way our family lives our lives...for the better! We knew of their amazing work from living in the UK, so when we moved to Canada, we knew who to ask for help. Our home just wasn't working for us, with only one bedroom and a baby stuck in a crib in a corridor. Ben listened to what wasn't working, asked such brilliant and thoughtful questions about how we would like to make the space work for us, and then created a vision for us through a redesign that was exactly what we needed. We cannot believe we now live in such an amazing space, and it's all thanks to Studio Reform for listening, reflecting, and designing. They knew ways to bring space and light to dark, small corners, and we now can't believe how massive our upstairs is. Our child's room is now the most beautiful space, and we have flow upstairs now, whereas before it was simply coping cramp. We will definitely rely on Studio Reform again when we're ready to do our downstairs/kitchen renovation, and can't wait to see what Ben comes up with for us next! More...

I have used Ben as our architect twice now and can highly recommend him. Once was for a kitchen/diner knock through and once for a loft conversion.
Especially for the latter his expertise meant that he was able to design something that maximised space, fit all of our requirements and looked amazing. He has really helped us make the most of the space in our house. I don't exaggerate when I say my neighbours are very envious of our new loft space!
The process of getting plans approved tends to be fairly lengthy, Ben was patient and responsive throughout and came to do multiple home visits before finalising the design. Not that it matters but he is very friendly too! Always useful when someone has to come in to your home.
I'd definitely use Ben again if I needed an architect in the future.

We were so pleased with the plans Studio Reform put together for the refurbishment of our very dated and pre building regulations loft room. The plans cleverly allowed for maximising the space without losing storage and, importantly, bringing it up to meet today’s standards in terms of safety and insulation. Studio Reform also helped us to find the perfect builders for the job who managed to complete the project just days before our second child arrived! Studio Reform presented us with three design options for our extension based on different budgets and outcomes. The options totally changed our perspectives on what we could achieve with our build. We went for a complete ground floor refurb that cleverly re-designed the downstairs space and added so much useful/functional space for our growing family. They took us through planning, tendering for builders and building regs. Producing a construction pack and detail that our builders really approved of. It was very detailed; allowing clear direction and management of the build - e.g. structural calculations so our steels where just the right size so don't impede on our ceiling space, and many other key considerations that saved us time and money during the build. The result is a space that everything we hoped it would be and most importantly - functional. I can't remember what our house was like before this, because this new space works so well.
