We could not recommend Farra highly enough. Working with them from start to finish, was an absolute pleasure. We asked them to design our open plan living space. It was a challenging space due to the proportions and ceiling height, and we had struggled to solve for how to make it feel like home. Studio Farra understood our brief including creating space for our one year old son. They designed beautiful oversized joinery which transformed the space, consulted on colour schemes and curated our furniture. We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work that Emma and Jack have done in transforming our old, small kitchen into a large, spacious, light-filled, L-shaped kitchen/diner/sitting area plus utility room. They spotted the potential of extending into our attached garage which would never have occurred to us. From start to finish, they were professional, creative and attentive to every detail.
The design they came up with perfectly balances style and functionality, making the space feel both modern and inviting. They took the time to understand our needs and preferences, incorporating thoughtful touches that truly elevate the space. I haven’t got a creative bone in my body, so it was wonderful to have Emma to guide me through the whole process.

Farra helped us to transform our tired and rather drab Victorian town house into a spectacular family home. We wanted it to have the feel of a boutique hotel or private members' club with a high end finish and showstopping elements, whilst at the same time respecting the existing period features and being family friendly and practical for our two young boys - and they very much delivered on this impossible sounding brief! It was a mammoth and at times daunting task covering every inch of a four storey house but the relentless energy and commitment to detail that they brought to the project was incredible.

They were very easy to work with, super friendly and responsive and never tired of us changing our minds or coming up with additional requests, which made the whole experience so much easier for us. With Emma and Rae's creativity and Jack's deep technical knowledge you are getting a complete offering that cannot be underestimated on a complex project. Working with Farra was such a pleasure. They transformed our house from a beautiful building into a home that makes me smile every time I enter another room. From the outset, their approach has been measured and structured. The design process was easy to follow and allowed for collaboration, creativity and tweaks along the way. Although Emma and Rae have a strong design aesthetic of their own, I loved the way they embraced our particular vision and period whilst refining ideas, colours and textures to create something that’s more than we could have hoped to achieve. Every conversation was fun and I really felt they cared about the project and getting it just right - even messaging me when they were at an antiques fair and found the perfect door hooks! Jack also deserves a mention for his calm and thoughtful approach to the logistics of delivering our project. Always responsive and happy to be hands-on in finding solutions.
