Creating a design for our new kitchen with Stephanie of Studio 95 Interiors was a seven star experience. If I had to choose just one word to describe it, it would be efficiency. Stephanie is a great listener and a mind reader. From the first contact to the delivery of the design it was so easy to communicate all our concerns, desires and expectations. We were doing a major house renovation which required a complete refurb of our hallway and the large kitchen diner space. We had very high level and vague ideas of what we liked and realized quite early on that we needed professional help . We reached out to a few options and were delighted to find Stephanie. Her calm and personable approach, great listening, ability to balance the modern with classics and also clearly indicate when our ideas won't work was much appreciated and a big factor in the outstanding final results we were able to achieve. Stephanie visited the site several times through its different stages, reviewing the work and providing feedback if something wasn't right. She put together FFE for our hallway and kitchen diner and helped with a detailed lighting plan as well. She was able to take our inputs and find a beautiful way to make them work or explain to us why something won't make sense, all in a very collaborative way. She also provided her inputs to several other design decisions which were indirectly connected to the space she was contracted to work on to ensure there was a sense of continuity and harmony. For the bespoke joinery piece we have commissioned for the space, she has ensured the joiner understands the design and also helped with suggestions to tackle some tricky considerations which became clear post survey. She takes complete ownership of her design and helps to make sure that her design transformed to the actual product is of a high standard. Stephanie has provided us several options for our budget range making it easy for us to decide. The outcome has been fabulous and everyone who has visited our house has been stunned by the result. What’s your interior design process?
1. Initial Consultation - meeting online or in person to discuss your planned project
2. Design Concept - present design concepts and sketches to client using mood boards, 2D cad drawings or 3D visuals if required
3. Technical cad drawings and specifications for tender so that contractors can give an accurate quote for the work
4. Bespoke joinery and furniture design

Which interior design styles can you cater for?
We cater for most styles of interior be that contemporary, ecelectic, bohemian or traditional. We are strong on creating a mix of styles which perhaps might combine mixing a contemporary interior with some antique pieces. Equally, we can combine a traditional interior with some contemporary minimal pieces so that it creates an up to the minute look. Above all, we try to create a space that reflects the owners tastes and lifestyle.
What do you love most about your job?
I am very lucky to do the job that I do. I love that every day is different and that each day throws up new challenges to deal with, whether that be a design problem to solve, a supplier problem or an issue on site. I also meet great people on a regular basis, new clients, suppliers, tradespeople and skilled craftsmen.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had worked for nearly twenty years as an interior designer in both the UK and Ireland. Previously, in London before starting my own studio, I had worked for some prestigious interior design and architecture companies predominantly working on high-end residential interiors. After acquiring such an array of great experience, I felt the time was right to start my own interior design studio.

I complete projects within budget and agreed deadlines. It's very important to me that clients are satisfied with the end result of the project. Yes, we can provide an interior design service remotely if required but prefer to meet with the client in person and view the property.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow government guidelines if issued. We wear masks in client's homes if they would prefer or if they have health concerns.
