I had 2 old non-working Lenovo laptops just gathering dust when i heard about Student computer Services. The laptops were picked up from my home and both were given a free diagnostic examination. I was contacted throughout the process and updated with feedback and also shared telephone discussions with a technician who was informative and spoke in user-friendly terminology. I decided to upgrade the RAM memory and hard drive on the Lenovo Z500 and also have Winows 11 installed. They also did various other add ons at no extra cost and then carried out comprehensive tests and checks on the laptop. The other Lenovo laptop had too many malfunctions and it would not have been cost effective to repair. From the start, i felt that i had trust in this Company and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Picking up the items and then dropping them back to my home was an added bonus. Communication through Whatsapp messaging was fluent with quick responses to questions. The cost was fair and affordable and i have no hesitation in recommending this Company to my friends and family. We always strive to give the best discount possible. You got the quickest Turnaround possible in 13 days. Labour Charge was reduced to £35. Cant get any cheaper than that anywhere

I have joined a summer camp at University College of London. All the things happen here are great.
The location of school are nice. A hospital is just across the street. And we only need to take three minutes to walk to underground station and train station.

What do you love most about your job?
Working with different computers and solving different problems - Electronics and IT is our passion! The more we fix the more practical experience we gain. Everything in our organisation is structured - Computers are Booked in with our Computers Reps, 1st Line Technicians perform the Free Diagnostics, and our Senior Engineers carry out the Fix. What inspired you to start your own business?
It all started when Universities started to charge £9000 for Course fees. Suddenly, becoming a student became quite expensive and for some unaffordable! So a group of Technicians formed a Team to help students - yes we charge a fee but our rates are up to 50-60% cheaper!

Well we already provide this service to staff during the day and now we can offer the same to students. We provide a Professional Service at a cheap rate and if the Computer is beyond a full repair we offer a cut price work around.
