I’ve had the best experience training with Kirsty! She is so supportive and gave me so much more confidence in my abilities across so many different exercises, as well as answering my questions on nutrition and lifestyle. I have had other personal trainers in the past but found Kirsty was much more receptive to understanding my needs and pushing me where I needed it! I was training with goals around my wedding, but she has taught me skills for life and made me excited about going to the gym and keeping up my routine. With Kirsty’s help, I have managed to stick to her programme for over a month now and I can really see my strength building like never before. I began training with Strong Life PT 2 months ago after feeling unmotivated with my previously ineffective workout regimen. I attended the gym and the odd exercise class but I felt like I was going round in circles. Kirsty listened to my concerns during the initial consultation and designed a bespoke training plan for me. I love working with Kirsty and look forward to attending our sessions. It doesn't matter what the weather or day is like, I'm there - I never thought I'd hear myself say that! She is so encouraging and takes the time to explain each move, what it is targeting and how to remain safe so I don't get injured. Having a tough 2023, I wanted to start 2024 with a bang and get myself into a more positive mind, active and healthy living lifestyle. Specialising in strength and conditioning training (essentially building muscle `tone` and dropping body fat), that transforms both the body and mindset, I work hands-on in my private gym in West Drayton, where we ditch the intimidation and embrace the empowerment.
As your trainer, I approach coaching on an individual level, challenging and motivating you in a relatable and realistic way to surpass your previous abilities. I'm committed to breaking down barriers and guiding you toward a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

I get that every client's journey and goal is unique, and I'm here to tailor my support, advice, and plans just for you. Cookie cutter approaches do not work for everybody and the key to success will always be a plan designed just for you and your body. Consistency is key! and at times you will not feel like doing it, but I will be here to support you every step of the way.
Clients always ask me when they get started what the ideal amount of training per week they should be doing is (and everybody is different), but for my style of training 2 sessions per week is a great place to start. Really commit up front (and this is reflected in my prices, the more you commit the better value the 1 hour sessions are), this gives us the best place to beginning building the foundations to transform your body and mindset.

Everything! Having worked in senior retail management for over 20 years previously I now get to use the skills i have honed during that time with my love of fitness into what I do everyday. The best part though is seeing a client do what they did not think they were capable of doing, weather that is lift a certain weight, complete a certain amount of reps or just go into an exercise without doubting themselves. Being part of somebodies transformation to a healthier, stronger, more confident version of themselves is a privilege that I do not take for granted.

I wanted to offer an alternative for anyone who's ever felt uneasy or just downright uninterested in the typical gym scene. With my own space, I can give my clients a more personalised experience, homing in on their goals without the hustle and bustle of a crowded gym. It's all about creating a comfortable and focused environment, educating my clients, and giving them my full attention.

I became a certified personal trainer because I genuinely want to assist others in navigating the sea of misinformation, trendy diets, and complex "how-to" routines saturating social media. My goal is to make health and fitness more accessible, stripping away the confusion.
My coaching is about more than just workouts; it's about keeping things simple and doable for the long haul. I'm all about lasting results, not just quick fixes, or short term gains.

I do not provide online or remote support at present. Only face to face training at my private gym.

All clients are asked to sanitise their hands and the equipment is cleaned after each client, along with regular deep cleans.

Services

I offer an initial 30 minute free consultation either over the phone or as a visit to my gym. This will help me get to know you, talk about your day-to-day, what you would like to focus on, if you have had any injuries in the past and what potential training options could be for you.
I can also answer any questions you might have and talk through next steps to get started with me.

After your initial 30 min consultation, the next stage to start your training journey with me is an in-person consultation meeting for 1 hr.
This covers more detail around your health & fitness status, setting goals, medical history, general assessments, gathering of health data, your likes & dislikes plus anything else relevant for your fitness journey. Essentially we're looking to see where you are now, where you want to be and what I can do to get you there. We can then discuss what training options would suit your needs and get you to goal.

This session is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, weather you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall health & fitness. I will work with you to create a personalised training plan that is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and fitness level.

If you want to elevate your fitness journey with a family member, friend, or partner, with the added benefit of splitting the cost then the Buddy Personal Training sessions are the answer.
These 2 person, 1 hr PT sessions have all the benefits of a single PT session but with an added bonus of some healthy competition, motivation and accountability helping to take your workouts to the next level.
