What inspired you to start your own business?
I started Stride Performance Coaching because I know firsthand what it’s like to feel stuck, unhappy, and completely lost when it comes to health and fitness.
At one point in my life, I was very overweight and felt completely worthless. I struggled with confidence, energy, and motivation, and I didn’t know where to begin. But when I finally made the decision to take control of my health, everything changed.
Through discipline, education, and the right training approach, I transformed not just my body but my entire mindset. That journey inspired me to help others do the same.
I founded Stride Performance Coaching to support people who feel just like I did once frustrated, and unsure of how to start.
