I went to Strength Lab for the first time this week to learn to spot my partner correctly. I was highly impressed. The coaches were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate at helping to push my partner's perceived limits

I started training at Strength Lab 4 months ago and it has been the best thing. I have lost 8kg and I am physically and mentally stronger than ever before and about to embark on my first powerlifting competition. The coaches' passion and enthusiasm are second to none and the support I have received on my journey so far has been amazing. The tailored programmes are great and having a coach to contact in between sessions is something you don't get at a lot of other places. I would highly recommend Strength Lab to anyone. Strength Lab are the most knowledgeable of people. The support and encouragement I have received on my journey into powerlifting has been brilliant.
