Unfortunately after paying almost £3000 for lighting on our driveway, we’ve spent most of winter in darkness as it didn’t work! Work completed in April, fault reported in June. They sent someone round who said it need parts. Then nothing. Didn’t get fixed till December and that was only because I said I want my money back if not fixed by the end of the year! Ryan blamed Steve and Steve blamed Ryan. Classic. Just think it’s shoddy given that we paid months ago and took 6 months for them to sort it. More...

The cost of £60 plus VAT was the standard minimum charge, which is below the average cost of a call out for an electrician

Price was agreed and job agreed to be done few days after.
Electrician arrived in time , did job. Left all OK , no issues
Minor Work Certificate and invoice - arrived via post 2 days after.
NAPIT Building Reg Comp Certificate arrived 3 weeks later ( job was registered as it should be done. Many Electricians do not complete this step)

Installation- no issues, all working.

Had our cooker blow the switch at 7pm on Saturday night. We had family and friends coming on Sunday for a party so was mini disaster.
Steve took the call and had someone round first thing Sunday to fix the problem and party food now cooking away happily!
