Just called Joe back as I’ve had a small issue with the job nothing major only 1 cracked brick easily rectified, but can I just say how amazing his after care was quick to respond and was out within next day of calling to sort it out for us he’s a man to his word, we couldn’t be happier with the driveway and we recommend sterling to anyone, we have booked in our patio for next summer🙂

Firstly Joe was so friendly and obliging. When the slabs were lifted they even helped my disabled wife in and out of the door. There advise was so good with no pressure and you felt comfortable in there presence.
They wrre particular in getting the job done to your satisfaction checking with you each step of the way. I was so impressed i even had more work done.
There is no firm i would use to do this work and have never dealt with a better firm. Now you would think that this all comes at a price, not so very reason able prices and will be having them back soon to due more work. 5 stars for Sterling More...

I'm so glad I had my drive done by Sterling, throughly professional job done throughout. There was great communication all the way. If I had a question joe’s responsiveness was brilliant. If he had an idea he discussed it fully explaining pros and cons and there was no pressure to take on his suggestions. Their punctuality was great and they always considered me if I had to cross the drive while they were working and they cleared up every night making access for me, being disabled , as best they could. At the end of the work, I have never known a company so particularly that the place was clean and tidy. The next day they came back to check I was absolutely happy with the job and the clean up. The quality of the work outranked the reasonable price. Great value. If I could just mention the workman they were polite, knowledgeable and diligent and a credit to the company. I'm very happy. I first contacted Sterling drives and patios to block pave my front drive 4 years ago. I was so pleased with the work I had sterling,pave the rear garden. The workers were punctual, polite and professional at all times. Job completed on time to a high standard. Later an issue arose, through no fault of the company, and Joe arranged to come and remedy the problem, at no cost to me. Found Sterling through Bark, was looking for a quality but fair price driveway. I was very apprehensive about getting any building work from an unknown builder, but with assurances from Joe and professional looking paperwork ensuring no money parts until satisfied we went ahead. They started the work when they're said they would, they completed the work well ahead of when I expected which meant that I had full use of my new driveway much earlier than expected.
