Q&As

The secret to taking a great photograph is all about the person in front of the lens. It's about capturing their essence—their joy, their confidence, their connections. It’s not just about the technical details; it’s about creating a space where they feel comfortable enough to let their true self shine. That authenticity is what makes the moment timeless. Every great photograph is a story of who they are at that moment.

What I love most is being around people and capturing the funny, unexpected moments that make life special. Whether it’s a groom nervously trying to adjust his tie, a family bursting into laughter during a posed photo, or a pet photobombing the perfect shot—it’s those moments of spontaneity and joy that truly light me up. Being able to freeze those snippets of life and give them to someone as a lasting memory is incredibly rewarding.

I started my business because of how happy photography makes me. Over the years, the feedback I received—from clients who were overjoyed with their photos to friends who saw how passionate I was—showed me that this was more than just a hobby. Capturing those moments that make people feel seen, valued, and celebrated inspired me to take the leap into doing what I love every day. Seeing someone's face light up when they see their photos is the best feeling in the world.

Choosing a photographer is about more than just clicking a button on a camera—it’s about finding someone who gets you. When you pick me, you’re choosing someone who genuinely cares about capturing your story, whether it’s the tear-jerking moments, the belly laughs, or the quiet in-between glances that make you you. I combine professionalism with a relaxed, fun approach to make sure you’re comfortable and actually enjoy the process. Plus, I’ll never leave you wondering what to do with your hands—that’s my job to guide you!

While I don’t offer photography services online or remotely, I love meeting up (virtually or in person) before your session to chat and plan. Whether it’s over coffee or a Zoom call, this pre-session catch-up helps us connect, understand your vision, and make sure we get the most out of our time together. It’s all about creating an experience that feels tailored just for you

If you’re concerned about COVID-19 or just want to feel reassured, I’m happy to meet with you in advance to discuss your needs. I’ll make sure the session is planned with your comfort in mind—whether that means keeping a little extra distance, shooting outdoors, or adjusting the timing. Your peace of mind is as important as capturing great photos. Let’s chat and find the best way to make it work for you! ps I'm up to date with Jabs
