Commonly, our process has four phases: discover, design, develop and deliver. Critical for a successful project is clarity at the beginning. That is best achieved through a briefing call to answer each other questions and to define the desired outcome. In the design phase, we explore a breadth of ideas, usually fairly rough to get a quick agreement on one or two directions. Those are then developed in more detail to find the right solution. Once the concept is signed-off, we create and deliver print-ready and/or digital artwork. If required, we can assist with the production, e.g. printing or online implementation as well.

Lastly, being in flow and wholly immersed in creating solutions, whether a high-level strategy or hands-on design work.

Yes. We’ve been working remotely and even long-distance long before the pandemic. Various video conferencing (Skype, Zoom, etc.) and remote collaboration tools (Mural, Trello, etc.) are in place.

As we work primarily remotely, our collaboration is Covid-19 safe. However, should you require to meet in person, we are all double vaccinated and would take a Lateral Flow Test before the meeting if requested.

Services

After an initial briefing call, to establish requirements, budget and timing, these steps usually follow:
1. Several sketches (four to six) for the mark by an agreed date with our recommendation.
2. You pick one sketch that we develop within a week or less into two designs together with the business name (NB: just black and white, not in colour at this point).
3. Based on your favourite of the two directions, we create print- and online ready artwork (a black and a negative version) and, if agreed, the colour variants.

We start with a free kick-off call because it is vital to first understand your business and its objective. We determine your needs and wants, the scope and process, as well as the budget and timing.

The development of your brand can range from simply the essentials to get you started to a more comprehensive brand identity, including a communication strategy. Alternatively, you might opt for a set of six concise sessions to shape and sharpen your brand.

In a briefing call, we define scope, timing and budget as well as deliverables. This is summarised in an estimate before we get started. Then, depending on the requirements, the phases are usually concept/idea, design development and finally, print-ready and/or digital artwork.
