I needed to have a broken key extracted from the lock on my balcony door. Stefan was not immediately available so instead sent his brother Nicolae, who came in 20 minutes and did an amazing job - the broken key was removed in no time. Highly recommend!

I became locked out of my flat in the evening and contacted a 24 hour locksmith who put me in touch with Stefan. He arrived within 30 minutes and updated me as to his arrival. He was incredibly polite and proficient and I was able to successfully enter my property.

I was locked out my house last night , I couldn't find anyone to help me and found stefans details , as soon a si called him he responded and told me he would be there asap in 30 minutes and he was prompt! Stefan was amazing, he showed up in the middle of the night on a Sunday when we were panicking and fixed the problem within 10 minutes while giving us a detailed description of his actions for billing purposes.
