Jo came to my Mum's flat that we were about to sell. I had found her on a search engine, and seen she'd staged local properties. She listened to everything I wanted, and gave advice on what would work best. She knows about style, whereas I don't! She supplied everything to make the flat look sensational. Jo was great. Really helpful with initial advice based on reviewing photos and then transformed the look and feel of our house, when she stepped into it. She also made the effort to explain what she was doing and why, thereby speaking to my partner's apprehension and scepticism. She provided the option to rent the interiors we required at a reasonable price, so we chose that rather than buying new stuff. And she made it all happen very fast, so the estate agent could upload photos in time for our final selling push. Staged & Sold came recommended to me by a landlord colleague who had recently worked with Jo, staging a property.
We have a bed showroom and were aiming to attract more luxury brands to work with and display.
To do this, we wanted to completely refurbish the showroom and we needed help creating a vision for the new look.
Jo came to visit and immediately suggested changes/ideas with ways to improve the showroom, starting with the layout. She later backed up her thoughts with models which gave us an opportunity to compare ideas and really see how the new showroom could look. She educated us on the importance of creating a "feel" within our showroom and she achieved this by sourcing/recommending interior touches - which saved us a considerable amount of time and really helped the overall look of the showroom.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jo to anyone selling a home, or needing an interior make over. She really knows her stuff and helped us to understand the rationale behind the colours, products, locations.
For anyone questioning whether or not they need interior design assistance - stop thinking and call Jo.. You'll be glad you did!
