What do you love most about your job?
I genuinely enjoy sharing Lean process improvement skills through my highly regarded Lean training programmes. I find it especially rewarding to help teams transform processes they once saw as problematic, empowering them to achieve dramatic, sustainable improvements they may not have thought possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending several rewarding years as both an in-house change agent and an external consultant for the same organisation, I realised my passion for driving meaningful improvements. This inspired me to establish my own process improvement consultancy, where I could apply my expertise to help a wider range of businesses enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable growth.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have 18 years of hands-on experience applying Lean process improvement across the service sector, including charity, government, healthcare, education, law, medical research, philanthropy, and retail. My consultancy has a global reach, with clients in Australia, Ghana, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA, helping organisations of all sizes streamline operations, reduce waste, and achieve sustainable growth.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
While I have a personal preference for delivering my services onsite, I am equally willing and equipped to provide them online. Why do I prefer being onsite? I thrive on the energy of live interaction, as I believe it fosters stronger collaboration, more dynamic problem-solving, and deeper learning. In-person engagement often creates a richer environment for sharing ideas, building trust, and driving meaningful change.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work closely with my clients to meet their specific requirements while ensuring full compliance with all COVID-19 protocols, prioritising health, safety, and peace of mind throughout our collaboration.
