How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
It depends on the existing roof height and also on the council that if you are allowed to do it by law.
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Of course needed planning permission, then steel beam inserts, dormer structure( as per the structural drawings) windows(inc. velux), roof tiling, staircase installed and finishing of the loft interior

We love the change that we bring from ground to all the way up to finishing the project. We love interacting with clients and try to understand customers vision and needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
All my close family and friends are in building industry for many years. So instead of working hard for some other companies we decided to start our own company.
Extensions
We work from digging the trenches to fill concretre, DPC, Brick work or block work, roofing(fibre glass or tiles or cool deck, warm deck),plastering, skinming renedering. We undertake all the electrical and plumbing work. We work closely with client all the way through the project to bring the vision into reality.
Loft conversion
From standard fire rated staircase to making the dormer and finishing the roof with tiles, gutter, fascias, windows( standard or preferred). All the requird electrical and plumbing work. All the way to the finishing with paint.
