After coming back from our travels from Egypt, we come home to our garden waterlogged and realised it must be a burst pipe. Coming to realise it was our water main pipe that had a hole in it. We were going to go through the house insurance but my partner found a local drainage specialist called Scott. On the 1st meeting to the completion of the job Scott was amazing with his knowledge and thoughtlessness. Came to July house at 3.30pm and didn’t leave until 11pm to make sure the pipe was located and fixed promptly. But doing this we then had the issue of having a blocked pipe running through the feed of the water mains and an airlock upstairs. But we said to Scott to go home as he had worked so hard to sort the mess of a breakage out. The following day Scott came back to sort the rest of the issues out and all the issues were resolved. Scott came to do some pipe work where i live, and I cannot fault him from start to finish. Initially drains beaded clearing and we had two failed attempts from other tradesman that took hours, Scott had it done properly in 30 mins at the most. He’s so fast and efficient. The pipe work was clean , great work done well and in great time with little to no disturbance to me at all. He’s so polite and friendly , a really pleasure to have worked with. Highly recommend ! Had the pleasure of meeting Scott and Sam today to unblock several severely blocked drains that 2 other companies failed to accomplish.
Both worked extremely hard in getting everything cleared and back up and running correctly with cctv survey afterwards to ensure everything was clear and flowing again.
I have no hesitation in recommending these hero's to everyone I know.
