How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I will work with you to understand what your drivers and barriers are to achieving your goals. I'll help you set realistic measurable goals and work with you to adapt your plan to help you achive them. Honesty is the best policy, so I will ask for as well as provide regular feedback
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There aren't any magic wands here I'm afraid. The key here is dedication, hard work and honesty. There is rarely a straight path to a goal, the best goals are achieved by following the wiggly path and enjoying the journey. The destination is so much sweeter then!
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely LOVE helping and inspiring people to achieve their goals. My favourite part is recognising the little milestones along the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in corporate as a Project and Programme Manager for 20 years, and I was always drawn to helping others with their fitness. I decided to bite the bullet and do what I loved!

Online and remote working is my preference, although I do run some clients, classes and bootcamps face to face and locally to me. My goal is to help people in a way that suits them, and I appreciate for many that is on a remote and online only basis.

Programming for you. Taking into account your exercise likes and dislikes and creating an easy to follow plan for you.
Programmes can be written to train at home, out and about or in the gym - whichever works for you

Nutrition is so important to your fitness journey, energy in and energy out is one of the ways I'll support you in achieving your goals

I can support you remotely, and live (or not), to work through your exercise and build your confidence.
