Sam was a very personable and friendly lad. He always answered any communications I had with him straight away. We set him a large job of tidying up a messy garden, laying a large patio area, building a dividing fence, putting edging bricks and border decorative stones all around the garden. We also asked him to repoint an existing old patio area as well. Sam did all these jobs really well at a very reasonable price and we are really happy with the work he has done, transforming our garden.
Our only criticism would be that he would appear sporadically, maybe once or twice a week, but as we were in no rush this was no issue for us.
Sam gave us a quote at the start of the job and stuck to it, despite overrunning by several weeks. We are however really happy with his work, and wouldn’t hesitate recommending him for any gardening job, big or small. More...

We advertised for our Sky Tv to be installed onto our fire place wall, Sam from SPW Maintenance contacted us promptly and made arrangements with us to take measurements and discuss what we wanted.
We had the work carrried out the next day and wow! What an amazing job SPW has done.
Also we needed out hallway finished from previous works which Sam completed by silconing the skirting boards and now our all way is completed thanks to SPW.
Sam you provided such a fabulous and professional job on both projects and we undoubtedly be calling on you again for future projects around our home.

Firstly, I chose to run with Sam on the job because he offered competitive rates which were unmatched & suited my budget. Sam arrived on time with his work tools & quickly got to work . It was clear from the get go, that he was both methodical & systematic in how he tackled the task of assembling the flat packed furniture. His speed, accuracy & eye for detail showed his versatility & know how. The reviews from the furniture vendor’s website indicated that the furniture assembly instructions were poor & the furniture itself hard to assemble. Very quick and good standard of work. Built a pool table and trampoline. Coming back to do some more odd jobs.

Sam worked around our requirements and came at 7.30 am. He worked quickly, efficiently and was very helpful in general. I would recommend him to anybody wanting to work around the flat pack nightmare.
