About

Springfield Services is a professional plastering and rendering company, based in Sunderland, but covering all of the North East.
We are able to cater for anything; from a small patch to larger scale projects, including complete internal and external property refurbishments. We have extensive experience working with builders and allied trades and services. You will find we are very popular with decorators and tilers, as the excellent finished surfaces make their work so much easier to complete.
With nearly 40 years of project management experience, we not only plaster, but can arrange all other associated trades to give you a "one stop shop" to save you the hassle of arranging other trades.
Our Promise
We are happy to offer clients a free, no obligation estimate for any of our plastering and associated services.
As part of the estimate, we will assess the site, offer professional advice and quote for the work required. Once we have completed an estimate and if you are happy to proceed, we will then organise a schedule of works to ensure that projects are both started and completed on time.
As part of our preparations, on the day of arrival on site we always endeavour to cover up as much of the flooring and surfaces as possible to reduce the dust and debris left behind and to minimise the risk of any potential damage.
Once a plastering project is finished we will clear the area of debris, leaving the area clear in preparation for your decorators or other trades and services.
