Ladder inspection revealed that the work paid for had not been done, despite friendly assurances from Craig. Ripped off.

Craig replaced my Asbestos/cement garage roof in a very friendly and professional manner. Great job very pleased.

If you have used this service I would advise you to have the work checked. He 'replaced' the breathable membrane on my neighbours roof without even removing the tiles! A miracle? No, just a chancer.

We had a leaking roof and it was raining so the speed of response was critical. Craig turned up within two hours of our post on Bark and quickly assessed the work required, which he explained very clearly. This happened during lockdown on our second home, when we could not go there. The job was to re-point our stone roof, back and front. Craig went and looked at the job and quoted, which we accepted. He then asked for £400 for materials, which we paid, before he started work. It then transpired that he had quoted on a nearby property, not ours! At this stage he should have returned the £400 and declined the job. He started work on 18th March and said he would have the job completed in five days! He then asked for another £450 which we foolishly paid. Craig continually made promises as to when he would go to our job but for one reason or another did not turn up! At this stage we told him to finish the front only as we would not be using him to do the re-pointing on the back roof. Eventually after many phone calls and more excuses he finished the front roof on 14th April. It was a problem with a leaking glass roof, in our Conservatory, in which I had previously hired someone else, That person did not resolve it, as it was still leaking he, obviously did not fix it right as the problem was still there, Craig came and diagnosed the problem, got the gear to fix and cured it, he also, on enquiring from him, would be able to do any outside work, on roofing, brickwork, etc, very pleased with the fixing of the leak, as we are undergoing some bad weather, now we feel confident that the leak is finally fixed

Following my first review in October when I gave Craig an excellent review, unfortunately this has changed. After several requests to rectify the overflow of water on one end of the guttering, he has not been to fix the problem after several promises that he would.

Craig came on Monday and again today and sorted out my problems with leaking gutters and a fascia board which had fallen off. He seemed very knowledgeable.

Good worker, fast response to the request, arrived the next day and cleared the gutters and gave advice for the future.

Craig worked diligently in clearing our roof guttering and gave some sage advice about how to minimise future issues. Very pleased with what he done despite it being near freezing. Many Thanks Craig
