The well-structured system of training, feedback, check-in/out logs, and industrial equipment comes together to comfortably drive a quality job even out of someone new to the job like me. It is clear the managers and directors have a great rapport with their clients and employees which is reflected in their friendly but professional manner. Whenever hiccups occur it is communicated efficiently to the clients and resolved firmly but very fairly through the employee. I was recommended sparkle cleaning who I contacted, Dan got back to me sharply and we arranged for him to come clean my carpets.
