What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job as a Hot Tub Engineer is the combination of hands-on work and problem-solving. Every system is a bit different, and I enjoy diagnosing issues and getting everything running perfectly. It's rewarding to know that when I’m done, people get to relax and enjoy something that adds real comfort to their lives. Plus, working with water systems and technology keeps things interesting—there's always something new to learn or improve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 10 year of experience as a hot tub Engineer on a hot tub manufactory, I started my own business because I saw a real gap in quality service and reliability in the hot tub industry. I’ve always been hands-on and technical, but I also value great customer relationships.
