I was wary of finding a trader from Bark as I have not had the best experiences but Wayne was one of the good ones.

Excellent work on the exterior of the house. Window sills and bays needed painting as had been flaking off and looked horrible. Wayne explained what he was going to do and how he would do it, was punctual and good communication.

The job was clean and where my mum is elderly and there was some cracks inside which needed filling he was happy to help.

This is the third project that I have done with South East Property Services Ltd and I will definitely be using them again! Initially we used them for the communal external painting of our property and they did a fantastic job. Following the success of that we then used them again to paint all the internal communal areas and again they were brilliant. They did a very thorough job and always left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. The latest project that I used them for was the internal painting of my entire flat. Once again I cannot fault the service! This was not an easy task as I have a lot of furniture and other items which needed to be moved around to allow space for the painting. Wayne was so helpful and patient with all of this despite the fact that it must have been an absolute nightmare for him! I can’t rate Wayne enough. I would 💯 use Wayne again his work is amazing. I called Wayne at short notice and he fitted me in as I was desperate as my bathroom was a massive issue causing damage to walls and tiles. My bathroom was a little neglected and Wayne has made it look new. Wayne was very communicative throughout the process and the quality of work is great.
