What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration to start Soul Optimiser Academy comes from a deep, personal calling to combine my two greatest passions: helping others achieve authentic success and guiding people to reconnect with their soul's purpose. After years of working in corporate environments, including roles where I supported individuals through major life transitions, such as redundancy processes and restructures, I started to see a common thread in the people I worked with: many were disconnected from their true selves, feeling lost or stuck despite their outward achievements.
While my experience in business and HR allowed me to support people in practical ways, I often felt there was something missing — a deeper spiritual layer that I could bring to the table to help people not just manage change, but truly transform. I realised that, much like in the corporate world, the most profound breakthroughs happen when we’re able to align with who we really are. That’s when I began to explore the world of spirituality and soulful coaching, eventually training to work with the Akashic Records and learning how to guide others through energy healing and personal alignment.
Over time, I discovered that by combining spiritual tools with practical business strategies, I could create a space where people could heal on a deeper level while also gaining clarity and confidence to make decisions that align with their true calling — both in their personal lives and careers.
What drives me now is the desire to empower others to let go of fear, societal expectations, and old karmic patterns, so they can step into their true power and create lives and businesses that feel truly aligned.
