We were thinking of selling our family home but did not know where to start. We also wanted to achieve the highest re-sale value. We reached out to Ceri and she produced a detailed report so we very clear on where we needed to focus our efforts. Once we completed the repairs, her team elevated our home by sorting, adding some furniture pieces and accessories and then staging. They even took some of our items to a warehouse for storage. As we’ve never done this before we were not quite sure how the staging would work, particularly as we work from home. The team worked around us, quietly and efficiently. The final step was the photoshoot – the photos are just stunning!!

I recently have had the pleasure of working with Ceri and her team, staging my 2 bedroom Maisonette in South West London.

We had just undergone an extensive renovation programme with a view to quickly selling our home and moving to our forever home.

The renovation was very modern and our existing furniture wouldn't have shown the property to its best advantage.

I had had staging mentioned to me by the estate agents and also an American friend, where the practice is quite standard, but I was a little nervous about the whole process.

From the moment I spoke with Ceri, I knew I was in expert hands. We had a very tight time frame turnaround and, but this didn't phase her at all (neither did our constant changes!).

One of my key considerations, was that we were keen to live back in our property, but thought that that would be impossible with staged furniture. However, Ceri was very happy for us to move home.

Our flat went on the market on Wednesday, we had viewings on the Saturday and sold on the Monday so we couldn't be happier.
