I was recently delighted at our "Level Up" Conference by the introduction of a new (to me) speaker/moderator Sonia McNamara.
Sonia opened as our keynote speaker, seamlessly engaging the audience, and moderating our 2 day event with constant energies and captivating ideas.

Throughout the conference, Sonia became ‘part of the team’, going above and beyond any moderator I’ve encountered before.

Sonia McNamara led various sessions, from a thought-provoking ‘Gratitude Workshop’ to the overall Keynote.
A highlight for many was Sonia’s curation of the ‘An Audience with the Board’ Q&A panel, where she made the experience fun, slightly provocative, and inspirational for all – even when on the other side of those questions :) .

We were hosting an offsite for our international sales team, and asked Sonia to help us refine our plans for the event in order to make it engaging and impactful.
