When I was looking to record my first album, I found Franc and SongCircle and he made me feel warm and welcome. Instead of an hourly rate where they hit record and you're under time pressure to perform, Franc offers a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere.
Music is a serious passion of mine and Franc has taken that passion and turned it into products that I'm proud of. Offering advice and providing the flexibility I required to ensure we're both happy with the final result. He listens and really knows how to get the best out of me. He's rightly confident in his craft and his enthusiasm about my song writing has encouraged me to continue creating.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love the most about doing this job is the opportunity to constantly learn and improve and being able to put my life experiences into my work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love of music and the opportunity to share my passion for songwriting and making records in a way that would help other songwriters and artists as well.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very fortunate in that I get to make a living doing what I love the most! I offer everyone I work with a tailored process in how I can help them with songwriting or recording their music.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can work remotely by providing songwriting coaching and feedback via online calls and I can arrange and mix your song without you having to come to my studio. Often, artists I work with will have a basic home recording set up which will allow them to record their parts and then send them to me to edit, tune and add arrangements to.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
2 metre distance rule when necessary. All work tops and communal areas are always kept clean.
Songwriting
We can help develop your ideas into finished, polished songs. Or co-write a song from scratch. But sometimes all that's needed is a little constructive feedback for a song you have already written.
Bespoke songwriting from start to finish also available.
Arranging
Often artists will bring us finished songs they perform on guitar or piano and vocals and we lay down the instrumentation understanding the artists' direction and vision. We can provide full professional arrangements for tracks using real instrumentation.
Recording
Combining the best of analogue and digital recording. We have a large collection of beautiful microphones as well as top analogue pre-amps and compressors to make your recordings sound as beautiful as they should.
Mixing
Great mixing alone does not make a great production but it is a vital ingredient for sure. We put in the time and patience to make clear professional mixes of the highest standard. Aside from mixing the songs we record with artists at our studio we also mix tracks and albums that artists have recorded in their home studios & we can also master your tracks!
