Both Gary and Steve worked extremely hard and did an excellent job. They took into account the other trades working on the house and were extremely flexible to make sure everything worked together. They were both very adaptable if we wanted something done in a different way to the way they had planned. Gary was very straight forward and informative, did not attempt any kind of 'hard sell' which I had experienced with 2 of the large national companies (and thus absolutely refused to buy from them). He measured up, gave us a quote and the options for the window which is on a very busy road, we opted to go for much more expensive acoustic glass - really glad we did, and again, Gary did not try the 'hard sell' simply told us our options then let us go away and decide.
