Solid Build is highly recommended. They were very professional and communicative. I started a rear extension without realizing planning permission was needed. After a neighbour's complaint, the council inspected the work and informed me that planning permission was indeed required. I was then recommended Solid Build for a retrospective application. They guided me remotely to take measurements and send them in. Kamal persistently followed up with the council and kept me updated. Finally, the council approved the application after a site visit.
