Following a sit down with the client we will carry out a measured survey which will allow us to produce a set of designs for your project in both 2D and 3D. A follow up meeting will be arranged to present the design options and discuss the next steps for your project.

Reasonable design changes during the development stage.
All relevant forms for the application completed including CIL & Design and Access Statement.
We will act as your agent and submit your application.
